Planning
Planning is considered the most important discipline in BHA, which has been used successfully in the definition of long term infrastructure for Puerto Rico. Our vast experience in engineering and planning has contributed to place Puerto Rico as a lead country with one of the most robust infrastructure systems in the Caribbean. Central and South America
